Speaking of music videos, here's another actor who is trying his hand at cameo appearances in band music videos... Yes, it's our very own Harry Potter and Woman in Black star Daniel Radcliffe! And doesn't he look, er, happy to have bagged a starring role in this video by Slow Club.
All right, all right, we know it's random but after Emma Watson appeared in that One Night Only (Say You Don't Want It) vid' and Rupert Grint got his song on in Ed Sheeran's Lego House, we did assume that it was only a matter of time before Dan Rad popped up in a surprise visual musical offering. And we were right! Check. It. Out.
This video itself was filmed at The Faltering Fullback – a local pub in Finsbury Park, London and according to the Director Lucy Needs, Dan Rad was so good at the whole singing to camera thing that it was all filmed in one take. Pretty impressive if you watch it the whole way through and see what he does with the left-over bevvies.
We can't say we're overly convinced by the red floral shirt look on the former Harry P (although, it does beat those Hogwarts uniforms) but we are impressed at his ability to sing along to the words (while managing to look all angsty and troubled). And just how good is he at playing the air guitar-slash-dancing while on top of a table? Also, as we mentioned above Dan does appear to be downing a few drinks as he manoeuvres through the pub – we're just hoping those just look like whiskey and cokes and weren't actually whiskey and cokes. Although, maybe he needed them to pull off the whole song in one take.
