Cheryl Cole top iTunes charts in 11 hours, but everyones talking about her Capital Summertime ball jumpsuit

Cheryl Cole has barely been out of the papers in the last few weeks, and it looks like all the publicity – good and bad – has paid off. Cheryl's new single Call My Name has topped the iTunes chart in just 11 hours!

Nice work, Chezza.

Cheryl has put up with critics accusing her of lip-synching and hogging the limelight next to The Queen at the Jubilee concert, but she's having the last laugh now. The official chart position for Call My Name won't be announced until next weekend (17 June) when physical single sales will be counted too. But it's safe to say the Girls Aloud star is off to a good start.

Clearly feeling pretty chuffed with her download success, Cheryl has been quick to thank her fans via Twitter,

"I CANT BELIEVE WHAT I AM SEEING.. How can Call My Name be no 1 on itunes and i only put it out at Midnight..

"You lot are UNBELIEVABLE..

"I am RUSHINGGGG.. #ISALUTEYOUUUUU.. !!!!!!!"

While Cheryl's single is storming the charts, Cheryl herself stormed the stage at Capital FM Summertime Ball yesterday, making a surprise appearance at the event at Wembley Arena - and posting a secret snap on her Who Say account. While seeing Cheryl was a nice surprise for fans everyone has since been talking about her outfit.

Chezza's muti-coloured Pam Hogg designed jumpsuit has divided fans, with Twitter buzzing about her colourful get-up,

Zee Vee‏ said, "Cheryl Cole at Capital FM : Try a better dress next time"

Nora Shaykh‏ said, "Cheryl Cole takes to stage at Capital FM Summertime ball in hideous multi-coloured jumpsuit..."

While BiebersGirl♥‏ wrote, "I wish I looked half as pretty as Cheryl Cole"

What do YOU think about Cheryl's look?
