Its time for a Friday afternoon boogie: Lawson Taking Over Me (Wideboys Remix)

Wave your glo-sticks in the air! Or whatever it is that the kids are doing these days!

We can't stop listening to the utterly amazing Wideboys Remix of Lawson's Taking Over Me. We're actually doing a little dance in our seat as we type.

Turn it up loud and have a little rave up in your office! If that doesn't give you that special Friday feeling nothing will!

All the gossip from the O2 Silver Clef Awards 2012 - Kylie Minogue, Jessie J and more!

All the gossip from the O2 Silver Clef Awards 2012 - Kylie Minogue, Jessie J and more!

Earlier today we threw on our finest party dress and made our way down to the super fancy Hilton hotel on Park Lane, where the O2 Silver Clef Awards were taking place.

Now in its 37th year, the Nordoff Robbins O2 Silver Clef Awards honour artists from across the music industry, whilst raising money for the Nordoff Robbins charity.

We saw plenty of big celebs doing the rounds, including Mel C, Michael Buble, Michael Ball and DJ Norman Cook. They all looked as well-preened as you'd imagine, especially that crooner Michael Buble, who, by the way, spent £10,000 in the charity auction. He bought a set of Jessie J gig tickets and a watch – and all for charity. What a guy.

Nice work Kylie!

The day's big winner was queen of pop Kylie Minogue who won the 25th Anniversary Award for being in the business for a big old quarter of a century. Can you believe it's been that long?

Kylie was close to tears when she received her very shiny award and gave a touching speech.

"Oh wow. Thank you. Hi everyone. It's so good to see you all again – it's been a while. I can't believe it's been 25 years!

"I don't really know how to express my gratitude to everyone for being so supportive for all those. I'm actually shaking. Don't say anymore; I'll crumble; I'll fall to pieces, because it really is such a big year for me to be with all you in the industry. You all know how trying it can be at times, and I just really appreciate all the support and of course to all the people out there who enjoy the music – thank you very much."

Winners galore

Musical legend Andrew Lloyd Webber was awarded the coveted Sony Mobile Lifetime Achievement Award by the girl he discovered when she auditioned for a part in one of his musicals – Jessie J.

As well as giving out awards, Jessie also received recognition herself. Her good pal from The Voice, Sir Tom Jones presented her with the Royal Albert Hall Best British Act Award, but not before calling her a 'nutcase'.

She said: "Winning Best British Act Award makes me shake, as you can see, and it just makes me feel like making music is the most amazing thing and to be able to do it for such an amazing, prestigious charity is even better, so thank you very much to everybody and [pointing at Tommy J] 'bruv'.

Other winners included Emeli Sandé, who was honoured with the American Express Innovation Award; presented to her by Tinie Tempah. And Connor Maynard received the Tag Best Newcomer.

Connor also won the slightly-too-young-for-us-to-fancy-but-we-still-do award. But you'll have to come collect that from us personally, Connor.

Husbands gets a second series and Joss Whedon says he loves it

Husbands gets a second series and Joss Whedon says he loves it

The second series of underground hit web-show Husbands is set to be even better than the first!  Brad Bell, who plays "flamboyant actor" Cheeks told heat: "For Season 2 we're turning everything up, the quality, the controversy, the comedy, the heart, the sex -- everything."

You might not have heard of it, but the show's already got famous fans - Joss Whedon, who directed The Avengers and cult series Buffy The Vampire Slayer, has said that he's jealous of the web-only series.

He said: "Husbands is full of the kind of whip-smart remarks you wish you'd written yourself."

So what is this show all about? Well, it's made up of loads of short clips on YouTube and tells the story of two gay famouses – one's a baseball player, another's an actor – who accidentally get married in a drunken stupor while celebrating the legalisation of gay marriage.

They only realise the next morning, Dude, Where's My Car style, that there's a BIG problem. They've kind of been dating for six weeks and everyone's going to judge them if they admit the wedding was a mistake.

They're under pressure from 'the cause' to stay together and show gay people can get married and take it seriously (just like straight people do. We're looking at you, Kim Kardashian). And if they admit it's a mistake, then they're Britney Spears! And they can't be Britney!

So they stick it out, and it's hilarious. You can watch the series at husbandstheseries.com, but here's the first episode to whet your appetite!

N-Duz's Fazer debuts new single Killer

N-Dubber and former flame of Tulisa, Fazer has premiered his debut solo single Killer.

Killer is due for release 26 August and is taken from Fazer's new album, which is out later this year.

A creepy teaser video that goes with the track sees the rapper in a cell with a straitjacket on, played on loop.

Fazer is the last member of N-Dubz to release a solo single. Dappy released No Regrets last September and Tulisa got to Number One with Young back in May.

So what do you think of Killer?

Whitney Houstons final music video for single Celebrate

Whitney Houston's final music video has been released and it's for her single Celebrate.

The upbeat track is a duet with Jordin Sparks and is taken from the film Sparkle.

The video features clips of Whitney in the film along with shots of co-star Jordin and fellow Sparkle stars enjoying a night in at her place.

"So it's fun, upbeat and exciting - there are clips from the movie and the main cast is in the video, too. We're all just having a good time [and the premise is] they all come over to my house singing along to Whitney's music," Jordin told BET.

"And we're missing her and celebrating her as well. It's actually pretty simple, but when you watch it and hear her voice along with it, it makes it so much more."

Sparkle hits UK cinemas 17 August.

Interview: Made In Chelseas Binky Felstead on Cheskas love life, Mark Wrights new show and that silly sausage Richard

Interview: Made In Chelsea's Binky Felstead on Cheska's love life, Mark Wright's new show and that 'silly sausage' Richard

We caught up with that lovely Binky from Made In Chelsea this week. She just so happened to be out and about celebrating the start of Wimbledon with the help of some strawberries and cream cocktails – and they were delicious. (Trust us, we had 12.)

Before we got too sozzled we spoke to Binky about her views on Mark Wright's new show, her bosom buddy Cheska's love life and most importantly her relationship with arch enemy Kimberley.

Here's what she had to say:

When do you start filming Made In Chelsea and what can we expect?

We start filming at the end of July and it looks like we might be going to America at some point.

So what's going on with you and Kimberley at the moment? Are you friends?

No we're not talking. Last time I spoke to her was on camera in Italy. I've got my own life and I'm very happy. I don't need to speak to her - I've got my own life and she's got her own life.

Are you bothered?

No. I don't have any need to speak to her because her and Richard aren't together anymore.

How do you feel about the fact that Richard jeopardised your friendship for her and now they're not even together anymore?

It's up to him. But that's why I thought Richard was a bit silly saying to Cheska that he was going to put Kimberly before her, because you should never do that; you should never put your hoes before your bros. But he did apologise to Cheska in the end and he realised he was being a bit of a silly sausage by saying that.

Do you know why they split up?

There was just so much drama around it. I think it was Richard that split up with her.

So how's Cheska at the moment – has she finally found love?

She's always saying that she can't find love, but she can! I think she's kind of seeing someone; you'll have to ask her!

Anyone from Made In Chelsea?

No.

Are you seeing anyone at the moment?

I've got a boyfriend. His name's Charlie and I've been going out with him since last Easter.

Any plans for him to join the show?

No. That was both our decision.

Snog, marry, avoid – Jamie, Spencer, and Francis?

Avoid Spencer, snog Francis and marry Jamie. I find Jamie really cute and funny, plus we get on like a house on fire so that's why I'd marry him. But I also think Francis is really funny – he cracks me up. My whole family think he's really funny.

Are you excited about seeing Spencer on the new series of The Bachelor?

Good luck to him; I'm sure he'll love it and he'll be in his element with all those girls. I'm looking forward to watching it.

Have you seen Mark Wright's new show Mark Wright's Hollywood Nights?

I have, I've seen half of the first episode.

And what do you think… honestly?

In all honesty, it's not amazing. It could get better though. He needs to decide if it's meant to be a reality show or not. I think he's gone a little bit too far this time. Well done for trying but I just don't think it's worked.

Would you like to do a spin-off show like that?

Yeah with me and my mum! She's awesome on camera. No plans, but hopefully. My mum's got over three thousand followers on Twitter now!

Have you met Millie's boyfriend Professor Green?

I have and he's very sweet. He didn't say much when I met him but he seems very sweet. Him and Millie seem very loved up – I'm happy for them both.

So what's next for you?

I really want to become a DJ, so I want to start learning how to do it. I personally think I've got very good taste in music!

Made In Chelsea star Binky 'serves up' the Strawberries and Cream cocktail at Broadgate which is served on a base of real tennis court. The cocktail is one of a new range being served at the Estates Ping Pong restaurant which will be served for the duration of the competition to celebrate the tennis Screenings at Broadgate. Jessica Biel punches Kate Beckinsale in the face but dont worry, it was only for a film

Jessica Biel punches Kate Beckinsale in the face – but don't worry, it was only for a film

We sure do love a celebrity bitch fight – even a fake one.

Jessica Biel has spoken about accidentally punching fellow actress Kate Beckinsale during filming for her latest movie, a remake of Total Recall.

And unfortunately for Jessica, she did it right in front of Kate's husband Len Wiseman, the director of the movie.

Oops.

"I was so fearful of hitting her. I was thinking, 'Please don't let me hit this woman in the face! Her husband is watching!' And then I hit her," Jessica told Empire magazine.

The scene is a new spin on the famous catfight between their 1990 equivalents — Sharon Stone and Rachel Ticotin.

FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!

"There's a tongue-in-cheek element to that movie, and to their fight sequence, which has high kicks and workout clothes," laughs Kate. "It's very enjoyable, but that doesn't really have a place in the tone of our movie.

"But I like the fact that there's this fight between Jessica and I and it doesn't end up that someone's sleeve is ripped off, or someone's bra is out. This was as if it was two guys — and yet it was us kind of madly apologising to each other!"

The film also sees Kate getting into bed with the new Doug Quaid (originally played by Arnold Schwarzenegger) played by Colin Farrell.

"It wasn't a sex scene, it was a bit of a frisky hug."

So how did Kate feel about giving and receiving a 'frisky hug' in front of her husband?

"It's always more awkward for the other person, I think. I've got no movable parts, so I can be inscrutable."

Nicely put…

Today's Big Question: Who's the hottest Bourne hunk - Jeremy Renner or Matt Damon?

Today's Big Question: Who's the hottest Bourne hunk - Jeremy Renner or Matt Damon?

It's official - we cannot figure out for the life of us which one of these Bourne hotties we fancy more.

The original character Jason Bourne from the Bourne films, played by Matt Damon is a total hotbox, but is he more gorgeous than new kid on the block Jeremy Renner, who plays Aaron Cross in the latest Bourne installment?

Matt played the former CIA assassin - and resident hottie - Jason in the first three films, The Bourne Identitiy, The Bourne Supremecy and The Bourne Ultimatum, and now Jeremy looks ready to set hearts racing as well with his portrayel of new guy Aaron in The Bourne Legacy, due to hit UK cinemas 13 August.

Jeremy told Empire magazine that he knew that accepting this exciting new role, one which made his predecessor Matt a household name, would change his life forever.

"That's a huge responsibility," he said.

But luckily for Jeremy, Matt's been a big fan of his for years.

"I was at the Academy Awards for The Hurt Locker," he reveals. "And Matt Damon was sat in front of me. He, funnily enough, had just seen The Town (a film in which Jeremy stars with Ben Affleck), because he and Ben Affleck are best buds. I hadn't even seen it then. So he saw the movie and he was like, 'Dude! Dude! I saw the movie and it's so great and you're awesome!' So it was a f**king funny introduction, just being at the Academy Awards and having Matt Damon in front of you telling you you're awesome."

Anyway, back to the job in hand. Who's hotter - Matt or Jeremy?

If you're leaning towards Matt at the moment, you may want to take a look at this picture before you make your final decision...

This month's Empire magazine is on sale tomorrow.

Lana Del Rey's video for new single National Anthem

Lana Del Rey has unveiled the video for her new single National Anthem.

You might need to clear your diary before you watch it, mind you - it's a whopping 7 minutes 40 seconds long!

The video starts with Lana imitating Marilyn Monroe singing 'Happy Birthday' to President John F Kennedy in 1962.

It then recreates the infamous Zapruder film of Kennedy's assassination, with Lana playing The President's then-wife Jackie. Rapper A$AP Rocky plays the late president.

National Anthem is taken from Lana's album Born To Die and is due for release 8 July.

So what do you think?

Have yourself a listen: Dappy debuts new single Come With Me

N-Dubz star Dappy has unveiled his brand new single Come With Me.

The track, which is released 5 August, is a collaboration between himself, rapper Margs and producers Nathan Retro and Dawood, who have previously worked with the likes of Wretch 32, Alexandra Burke and JLS.

Come With Me is Dappy's fourth solo release and follows his Number Two single Rockstar; his duet with Queen guitarist Brian May.

The song is taken from Dappy's upcoming album Dare To Dream, which is due for release later this year.

So what do you think?

Interview: Noel Clarke talks Doctor Who, new film Storage 24 and filling a thong 'pretty well'. Gulp.

Interview: Noel Clarke talks Doctor Who, new film Storage 24 and filling a thong 'pretty well'. Gulp.

He's a British actor, screenwriter and producer famous for his work on Fast Girls, Doctor Who, Kidulthood, Adulthood, Robin Hood, Little Red Riding Hood... wait a minute... not the last two.

He's also the guy behind new sci-fi horror Storage 24; if you like scary aliens and lots of disembowelment - and who doesn't? - you'll love it.

We caught up with the multi-talented Noel Clarke to find out what it's like running away from creepy space monsters on a regular basis and just how well he fills a thong...

Your new film Storage 24 is a sci-fi horror movie, so what made you want to do this kind of movie?

I've always wanted to do a sci-fi film; I've always been a fan of sci-fi and comic book stuff. And I love Star Trek and Star Wars. The director Johannes Roberts brought the horror element to the film because I'm not necessarily a big horror fan.

Have you got a favourite sci-fi film?

Probably Star Wars; but I quite like Alien as well. Then again I also like the popcornie nonsense ones like Independence Day.

So you wrote the screenplay, produced and starred in the movie – how did you find doing all of that at?

It's kind of just what I do. I love writing, so I'm always writing. I just came up with the idea, and then got a couple of other people to do bits on it. It's not that difficult because once it's written, it's written. Then it's all just about being in the movie and producing it. But there are always other producers that we bring in to help. Then all I had to do was become a weedy, wimpy character.

Was working on Storage 24 anything like your time on Doctor Who?

In terms of running from fantasy creatures, yeah. But I think my scared face and my running from monsters technique was slightly more advanced this time – having done it a few times before. But they're both different things – Doctor Who was a big TV show with a huge crew, and Storage 24 is quite a small film that was punching above its weight; being quite ambitious.

Is there any chance we'll see you on Doctor Who again?

I've got no idea – I'm not chasing it. I've kind of got my own thing going on. If they were to call up, then there would be a conversation about it, but it's not something I'm actively pursuing.

What's been your favourite project to work on so far?

I quite liked Adulthood and I quite liked 4. 3. 2. 1. That was the film the made all these other things possible, because 4. 3. 2. 1 was so different – it was about four girls trying to kick arse. That film showed people that I could write different things. And I also enjoyed working on Storage 24; I'm really proud of that one.

When did you realise you'd made it?

Pfft, I haven't made it! I think anyone who thinks they've made it is in for a fall. Because that's when you get complacent and you start getting an ego. I haven't achieved even a quarter of the things I want to achieve.

Have there been any ladies you've particularly enjoyed working with?

Camille Coduri, who plays Billie's [Piper] mum in Doctor Who. She's a really cool woman and she's actually godmother to my son. But in terms of the kind of stories you're looking for, no not really!

Is there anyone you'd really like to work with in the future?

Denzel Washington. I've heard he can be difficult though. And Emily Blunt – I think she's awesome.

Is there a dream role you've always wanted to play – James Bond maybe?

I'd love to play a Jason Bourne type thing. I don't think I'd ever be a James Bond type though.

What's your favourite film of all time?

I've got too many; it depends what mood I wake up in. I've always loved Pulp Fiction, Clerks and Amelie.

Those are all pretty cool, but have you got any guilty film pleasures?

Never Been Kissed, She's All That – Rachael Leigh Cook was so good in that, and so obviously not a nerd – they just put glasses on her.

Taking a trip down memory lane, what was it like wearing a thong, fur coat and chaps in the TV show Metrosexuality all those years ago?

It was cool. If you're an actor that's what you do. Besides, I can fill a thong pretty well, so I wasn't concerned about that; you can find the pictures on Google I'm sure. (Don't bother. We've hunted high and low and we can't find them) It's roles like that where you decide if you're an actor or just a person who likes acting. I mean I wouldn't wear that outfit in real life…

So what's next for you?

Storage 24 of course, and then I have a wedding romcom called The Knot coming out in October, which some people have described as Bridesmaids meets The Hangover. It's really funny and sweet, and guys can enjoy it as much as the girls.

Storage 24 hits UK cinemas 29 June.

Yes, this bearded beanie-wearing man IS Ian Beale

Before you starting rolling all over the floor laughing at the sight of this Eastenders picture – let us give you a brief background as to what's going on here. Yes, this is Ian Beale (also known as actor Adam Woodyatt) and yes, he does look a bit trampy in his beanie hat and long tangled beard. But the good news is that Ian's back on The Square after a few weeks of going AWOL. And it's going to be quite the comeback.

The episodes are due to air in the next few weeks and his return will shock daughter Lucy – not just because he's showing off quite an impressive beard growth for just a four-week break, but also because he is still in quite a bad way. According to reports, Ian has even been sleeping rough on the streets (which will explain the trampiness).

According to Adam, viewers have been really supportive while he has been playing the increasingly distressed chip shop owner and after the recent storyline where Ian went wandering off down a motorway in his pyjamas, Adam decided to take to Twitter to thank everyone.

"I'm so overwhelmed by all your comments about last nights EE. Thank you," he wrote. "It's taken nearly two hours to read them all."

The 'Enders crew say they've been working with various mental health experts to get a real grasp on the storyline. So while we might LOL now at the state of the Bealemeister, we reckon we're going to need a box of tissues when the actual episodes come around.

Poor Ian, he can never catch a break.

Look! Its the American version of The Inbetweeners!

So our beloved Inbetweeners have made it so big, that MTV USA has decided to make their own version of the show – which is great news! The bad news is that their version won't star our much-loved actors Joe Thomas, Simon Bird, Blake Harrison and James Buckley but instead there will four brand new fellas playing the cheeky characters of Simon, Will, Neil and Jay.

So here's the first promotional shot from the US version – as you can see, although the faces have changed, Simon's bright yellow Cinquecento has remained the same. As has Will's briefcase. Hurrah!

The Inbetweeners USA is due to kick off in the States on 20 August and will be aired on MTV, while the Brit' flick starring our originals will be released in America in September.

Thankfully, it seems the crew behind the original cast are loving what America have done with the show – despite some of the jokes getting a little bit lost in translation.

Anthony Head, who played Will's dad in the film, admitted, "I have to say, sometimes you wonder about translations [but] it's good actually. They followed [the original] very close. It's themes are pretty common."

It's not known yet whether we'll get a chance to see the series over here in the UK yet, but if it is successful, we bet it'll just be a matter of time before it's sent across the pond. In the meantime, we'll just have to keep hoping Joe, Simon, Blake and Jay decide they missing playing filthy-mouthed sixth-formers so much that they come back to announce a sequel to the movie. Now that would make us very happy.

Shakira teams up with Pitbull on new track Get It Started

Hip-shaking Shakira has teamed up with Pitbull on new track Get It Started, which is taken from Pitbull's upcoming album Global Warming, due out later this year. Pitbull is probably best known for his collaboration with Jennifer Lopez on last year's hit single On The Floor.

Shakira is also working on a new album, the follow-up to 2010's Sale el Sol, which is also due for release this year.

So what do you think of Get It Started?

Our favourite moment from the Hackney Weekend Festival Beyonce moshing to Jay-Z!

Whether you were at Radio 1's Hackney Weekend, or if you watched it on the telly from the comfort of your sofa you'll know that it was an epic weekend of music.

There were some amazing performances on stage, but our favourite moment actually happened off stage. We LOVED watching Beyonce as she practically moshed her welly boots off while her husband Jay-Z performed. She looked like she was having the time of her life.

Interview: Tinchy Stryder on his good pal Jay-Z, his crush on The Saturdays' Vanessa White and some girl called Cheryl

Interview: Tinchy Stryder on his good pal Jay-Z, his crush on The Saturdays' Vanessa White and some girl called Cheryl

We were recently invited to Never Leave You singer Tinchy Stryder's Goji headphone launch party. Before we got stuck into the sausage rolls and finger sandwiches, we caught up with him for a quick chat.

Here's what he had to say:

We've got a bit of an idea, but can you tell us where the name Tinchy Stryder came from?

Ever since I started writing and MCing, I've always been the smallest out of my friends, so that's where Tinchy comes from. Stryder happened because when you're MCing you need a second name, and Stryder was a computer game – I never actually played it, but it sounded cool. I was thinking 'little tinch taking big strides.'

Jay-Z's your business partner for Roc Nation LLC – what's he really like?

Jay-Z's a cool guy. I grew up listening to him and he's inspiring – he's a cool guy. He makes you feel welcome. Whatever you see of him on the TV is exactly the same.

How about Beyonce?

She's even nicer – as in personality and looks.

What's your guilty music pleasure? Or is everything you listen to super-cool?

I think everything I listen to is cool, personally. The last track I bought was Cheryl Cole's single, Call My Name; I really like it. I haven't heard the album yet but I'm looking forward to listening to it. I like Cheryl; I like her a lot. I like her music and she's a cool person. When I met her, because I always have my shades on, she was like, 'Are you going to take your shades off for me before we take a picture?' So I took them off – anything for Cheryl.

So you seem to have a little soft spot for Cheryl; are there any other ladies out there at the moment that you like the look of?

I just really like Rihanna a lot – I guess everyone does. But I quite often like underrated people. Everyone might think Frankie Sandford from The Saturdays is cute and pretty, but I like Vanessa White.

Is there any chance you might get to work with Rihanna in the future?

From my point of view, it's all green lights – I ain't going to tell her no! It's up to her.

What's next for you?

Well the new single's out mid-August – it's called Help Me. That's the main focus for now.

Tinchy's new headphone range Goji Tinchy Stryder: On Cloud 9, is available exclusively at Currys and PC World from mid-July. www.gojicollective.co.uk

Ryan Gosling favourite to play lead in Fifty Shades of Grey movie!

Ryan Gosling favourite to play lead in Fifty Shades of Grey movie!

Some of you Heatworld citizens may have been made aware of the book that has everyone blushing (and that includes our mum) Fifty Shades of Grey. Fans of the trilogy might be pleased to hear that the bestselling books are being made into a film, and odds on who might play billionaire Christian Grey are stacked in favour of the gorgeous Ryan Gosling, mmm.

The books, which have been dubbed "mummy porn" have become a hit after their release in 2011 and they follow a young college graduate named Anastasia Steele and her relationship with Christian. Christian introduces Ana to a world of bondage and very kinky sex, so you can imagine the kind of raunchy, taboo-breaking stuff we're talking about here. It's the kind of thing we wouldn't mind seeing Ryan get his teeth into.

Ryan is the even money favourite to get the role, while Vampire Diaries star Ian Somerhalder comes in a close second with odds of 6/4. Some other very handsome snaps who are favourite to snag the part include Bradley Cooper and Alex Pettyfer.

To favourite to play the innocent Ana is The Avengers star Scarlett Johanson. Other actresses who might be asked to get involved include Amanda Seyfried, Kristen Stewart and Emma Stone.

Bret Easton Ellis, author of American Psycho, has put himself forward to write the screenplay and his personal opinion is that filmmaker David Cronenberg could direct the flick, with either Scarlett or Kristen playing Anastacia.

However, rumours have also circulated that after reading the books, Angelina Jolie wants to get involved and direct the film herself.

Have any of you Heatworld citizens read the book? If you're a big fan, who do you think should play the role of Christian and Anastasia?

OMG! OMG! OMG! Conor Maynard's video for new single Vegas Girl

It's fine that we fancy Conor Maynard, right? He is very nearly 20 after all. OK he's only 19 and a half, but that's totally fine...

Right?

Anywho, Connor's released the video for his new single Vegas Girl, which is out 22 July, and we love it.

It's taken from his upcoming album Contrast - released 30 July. The album also features his debut smash hit Can't Say No.

It looks like we're not the only ones singing Connor's praises.

The singer was recently described as the 'future of pop music' by producer and N.E.R.D star Pharrell Williams.

We bet our bottom dollar Pharrell doesn't fancy him nearly as much as we do though...

Our favourite moment for the Hackney Weekend Festival Beyonce moshing to Jay-Z!

Paris Hilton sings out of tune and makes her DJing debut!

Paris Hilton had a busy weekend. She made her debut appearance as a DJ (yes, she's a DJ now apparently) at the Pop Music Festival is Sao Paolo, Brazil, and also treated *ahem* the audience to a brief performance of her new single.

Pairs rocked on to the stage in a Lady Gaga-inspired corset top, but before launching into her DJ set she sang a little bit of her new single Last Night. It's just a shame she was out of tune and also couldn't figure out how to work her equipment – her on stage efforts are all a bit quiet until a minion dashes on and fixes the sounds levels.

But trust us when we say it's worth straining your ear holes to hear just how hilariously bad P-Hilt sounds.

Hard work

Paris has spent half her life partying in clubs, so it's not all that surprising to hear that she made the leap from dancefloor to behind the decks. Before her debut set she said,

"I cannot wait to DJ for the first time in front of thousands of people. I have been a part of the music scene and club scene since I was 15. It's something I have been passionate about and have come to respect very much. I am very excited to share all of my hard work with the world."

World… tell us how you feel about Paris' skills.

Boo! Christopher Nolan will "never" make another Batman film

Boo! Christopher Nolan will

Christopher Nolan fans may be rather upset to hear that the director is reportedly "never" going to make another Batman film.

The news was broken by Christopher's wife and co-producing partner Emma Thomas. When asked whether Emma thought that the well-established director would make a fourth Batman film, she revealed,

"No, that's truly a never. I can't imagine a world in which he would ever want to come back. At a certain point it's fun to go off and do something different, you know. We've spent almost ten years of our lives making Batman films. He was very excited about this film, and the story that he'd come up with, but I just cannot imagine that he would get that excited about another version of the same thing."

The final edition to the Batman trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises, opens in cinemas July 20th and stars Anne Hathaway, Gary Oldman, Christian Bale, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Tom Hardy, Cillian Murphy. Some fans of the popular series of films might be happy to hear that the director is ending it on the third film and opting for quality and not quantity. Emma went on to reveal more on why Christopher wants to finish at three, saying,

"The great thing about a trilogy is that it feels like you've got a beginning, a middle and an end. It's like an extended version of a regular film. Once you get into a fourth film then it's just episodic, and I just can't see him getting excited about making another film where basically you're just wheeling in different villains."

We don't know about you Heatworld citizens, but we're very excited for the final instalment, will you lot be going to see it?

Watch the trailer for new Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughn movie The Watch

It's about time Ben Stiller got us giggling our socks off again.

His new movie The Watch is about a group of suburban dads who decide to form a neighbourhood watch group to save themselves from the boredom of their mundane day-to-day lives.

Unfortunately, instead of just keeping an eye out for litter bugs and people not tidying up after their dogs, the guys come face-to-face with an alien invasion, which they're in charge of dealing with.

Oh crumbs.

As well as Ben, the film stars Vince Vaughn, Jonah Hill and The IT Crowd's Richard Ayoade.

The Watch hits UK cinemas 29 August.

This week's heat film reviews - The Five-Year Engagement, Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter and Lay The Favourite

This week the heat team grabbed their popcorn and Minstrels and headed to the pictures to watch the three biggest releases in Moviesville this week - Five-Year Engagement; starring Jason Segel and Emily Blunt, Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter; starring Benjamin Walker and Lay The Favourite; starring Bruce Willis.

Here's what we thought:

The Five-Year Engagement
Next pic

The Five-Year Engagement

Starring: Jason Segel, Emily Blunt, Chris Pratt, Rhys Ifans
Director: Nicholas Stoller (CERT 15, 124 minutes)

The plot: Fresh from the Judd Apatow production line of cheeky comedies comes this latest from writer/director Stoller and writer/star Segel, who previously collaborated on the Russell Brand hit Forgetting Sarah Marshall. This time, Segel plays a schlubby chef living it up in San Francisco with his Brit girlfriend (Blunt). After a year of blissful dating, he proposes to her, but their wedding plans are scuppered when she needs to move to the chilly Midwest to further her academic career. He dutifully follows her to Michigan, but the nuptials keep getting delayed…

What’s right with it? The cast – especially Blunt, in hugely likeable form, sparring with Segel who plays the same loveable doof he’s perfected in previous films. They get great support from Ifans as a charming show-off of a college professor who has an eye for Blunt, and Pratt as Segel’s best mate. The script delivers a couple of memorably rude scenarios (one sex scene is particularly riotous), though the film resonates most effectively during some sweet moments between the lead characters.

What’s wrong with it? The entire premise relies on the quaint idea that this couple really need to tie the knot to make their relationship meaningful, despite the fact they’re fine just living together and having lots of sex. Perhaps mindful of this flawed scenario, the last third of the film ratchets up the jeopardy in their relationship to such an extent it becomes utterly ridiculous.

Verdict: There’s a sharp, winning 90-minute romcom within this flabby two-hour effort, but it still yields enough laughs to make it worth a watch. 3/5 @BoydHilton

Interview: Bedlams Tiana Benjamin talks EastEnders, Strictly and her time in Hogwarts

Interview: Bedlam's Tiana Benjamin talks EastEnders, Strictly and her time in Hogwarts

She's best known for playing the mouth almighty soap character Chelsea Fox on EastEnders, but now Tiana Benjamin, 27, is back on the Sky Living supernatural show Bedlam. She's also in cinemas right now in the acclaimed brit flick Fast Girls and here she exclusively tells us about her new role, wanting to do Strictly Come Dancing and having her body double when she starred in Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire…

Tell us a bit about your character Rita on Bedlam…

Basically she's due to get married, but in the first five minute she's already shagging Dan (Nikesh Patel) so she's got some serious morality issues! But as it's Bedlam, there's a ghost that starts haunting her because the ghost really values monogamy and marriage. I loved it, and it was great to work with Lacey Turner again.

Have you ever seen a ghost?

No, but I have seen lots of psychics. It's been a bit of a mixed bag. Sometimes they've been really accurate other times you could probably take what they say and apply it to a random waiting at a bus stop. But I am very scared of the spiritual world and I definitely believe in ghosts so it was fun to do something different.

Do you miss playing Chelsea on EastEnders?

I do. She was so wild and unpredictable and there were so many different turns she took. She was very promiscuous and in your face, which was fun to do as obviously that isn't what I'm like in real life! I'm definitely a strong lady, what you see is what you get. But with Chelsea she went that little bit further!

You're in the cinemas right now in Fast Girls, how was it?

I'm really proud of it because it's a UK urban film but it's not just about guns and violence, it's really uplifting and happy.

How do you stay in shape?

I used to dance a lot! I tried a pole-dancing class once, but I didn't continue with that. I find the gym really boring and dancing in so much fun. In fact, out of all the reality shows I think Strictly Come Dancing is the more credible so it would be great to do it if the timing was right.

Who are your famous friends?

I don't like to differentiate between my famous friends and 'normal' friends! But I'm still in touch with Lacey Turner from EastEnders and Emma Watson from when I was in Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire.

What did you love most about Harry Potter?

Getting to know everyone! Because everyone was so young and had to do school in between the film actually took nine months to make. I got on really well with Daniel Radcliffe and Emma. It was funny, there was a real boy/girl divide with the cast because that's what it's like at that age. I was 19 and Emma and I got on well because she was so mature and I think she was glad to have another female in the cast. She's doing amazingly well now. Out of everything I've done that was the most I've ever been looked after, I had a body double and a stand-in and everything!

What's next for you?

I'd love to do more movies and see what happens. My dreams is to work with Idris Elba and Tom Hardy!

Bedlam is on at 10pm on Sky Living this Sunday.

Matthew McConaughey on getting waxed for Magic Mike "Don't do it."

Matthew McConaughey on getting waxed for Magic Mike

There's just some pain that the majority of men refuse to understand and these include child birth, and a good wax.

Okay, okay so you can't really compare the two, but when we hear a man recall the pain of having to have some part of his body waxed, we can't help but snigger.  So, you can imagine our delight when Magic Mike star Matthew McConaughey revealed his experience having to get 'manscaped' in preparation for the upcoming film. The actor revealed,

"Everybody got 'manscaped' to some extent… If you don't have to do it, don't ever do this..."It was like 7.30 in the morning...I go down there, we're in Hollywood, and I go to this little place in the strip mall. And the place is called Smile.  There's this Russian woman in there, and she's just as formal as you could be. 'In the back, clothes off, lay down, turn over.'"

Is it too late to switch careers? The actor continued,

"She's pouring this glue and stuff all over you and you're sitting there and you're giggling and all of a sudden she lays something on you and just (rips) and it hurts. It does hurt! And the thing is after every time she waxed off whatever hair she's pulling, she says, 'So sorry, so sorry, so sorry.' So you just giggle through the tears and hope you only got to do it once."

We wonder whether the other very hunky Magic Mike stars found it as eye-watering as Matt. We imagine that when the staff of Smile saw Channing Tatum, Alex Pettyfer and Joe Maganiello saunter into the store, they thought all of their Christmases had come at once.

Magic Mike is released July 11th and tells the story of a male stripper trying to teach a younger performer how the trade helps you to make easy money and pick up women. With a cast like that, there is nothing that will stop us from seeing this film. Form an orderly queue ladies.

Charlie Sheen to play US President in upcoming film

Charlie Sheen to play US President in upcoming film

We hope that  Robert Rodriguez knows what he is getting himself in for, as the director appears to have made a bizarre move in casting Charlie Sheen to star in his new film, the sequel to his Grindhouse debut movie Machete, Machete Kills.

The film, which is rather dark and whacky in nature, may be suited to Charlie after his incessant ramblings and odd behaviour over the last year. However, we didn't think we'd see the day when a director would cast mad dog Charlie Sheen as President of the United States!

That's right, Robert Tweeted a photo of the pair hanging out with the caption,

'I just cast Charlie Sheen in #machetekills as the President of the United States! Who better? More soon...' Who better indeed.

If that wasn't surprising enough it appears as though Robert has also cast the much-talked-about Mel Gibson, who will star as an eccentric billionaire arms dealer supposedly determined to launch a deadly missile. We can't decide whether this is perfect casting, or if Robert is trying to run some kind of shamed actors out-reach programme.

Other celebrities signed up to star in the action packed film include Jessica Alba, Danny Trejo, Zoe Saldana and Amber Heard.

Despite having a very credible acting past, the decision may shock movie buffs as the world witnessed the sad decline Charlie in the past two years. However, the actor seems to have reigned in his behaviour and has appeared to have quieten down in recent months.

The star even confessed that when he finishes filming new show Anger Management, he may retire from acting altogether. He reveals,

"At some point you just get tired of wearing somebody else's clothes, saying somebody else's words and working in somebody else's space"

We just hope Robert is prepared to chaperone and foot the bill for any staff nights out.

TOWIE's Jessica Wright's new video for debut single Dance All Night

The whole way through The Only Way Is Essex, Mark Wright's sister Jessica Wright made it quite clear she had her mind set on being a popstar. And it looks like that day has finally come.

Jessica's new single is called Dance All Night and the video was filmed in TOWIE hot spot, Marbella.

Sounds like Jess has got her heart set on joining Strictly Come Dancing in the future, as she sings: "Take it from the mambo, take it to the disco, gonna dance the salsa, merengue, then the tango."

Nice.

Here's how the single came about.

"Almost a year ago I went to Liverpool to do some writing. As soon as I heard the music taking shape I immediately came up with the Dance All Night idea and then the song just flowed.

"It's all about when you first meet someone and you get those butterflies and then you go for it on the dancefloor.

"What's weird is as we were writing it I said I could imagine myself on Ocean Beach Club in in Marbella dancing to it so to actually do that for my first video was just fantastic.

"I have been singing since I was 6 years old and my one ambition in life has been to be a pop singer so words just can't explain how excited I'm feeling right now!"

So what do you think of Jessica's new video for Dance All Night?

Excitement overload: Monsters University trailer is finally here!

Remember those lovely little critters from Pixar's Monsters, Inc? Well they're back and cheekier than ever.

The prequel to the 2001 blockbuster follows best buddies Sulley (John Goodman) and Mike (Billy Crystal) as they head to university. But can you believe they hated each other at uni?

Dave Hollis, executive vice president of worldwide distribution for Disney, explained the storyline for us.

"The film is a prequel that tells you a little bit about how [Mike and Sulley] first met, attending Monsters University," Dave said. "Obviously everybody knows at this point Mike and Sulley are amazing friends - the best of friends - but as it turns out, in this story, that wasn't always the case.

"From the moment they met at university, they could not stand each other. This story takes you through the ups and downs, and how they overcame their own differences."

We've got a while to wait unfortunately - Monsters University hits UK cinemas 21 June 2013.

Today's Big Question - What's happened to Kate Nash?

Previously known for her radio-friendly pop, Kate Nash has now taken her music in a whole new direction with new single Under-Estimate The Girl.

In Fairness, Kate's biggest song Foundations isn't exactly a barrel of laughs, but most of her songs like Mouthwash and Pumpkin Soup are bubblegum good fun we think you'll agree. Now Kate's gone all grunge and stroppy and we're not sure we're ready for it - and Twitter's definitely not...

thomdenson said: "The new Kate Nash song/video is a joke right?"

"After hearing the latest Kate Nash song all I can say is, Caroline is no longer the victim, my ears are," JoeHaith85 said.

And our personal favourite is weeclaire's response to the track: "My "so terrible I'd rather listen to the sound of cats farting" award goes to Kate Nash's 'Under-Estimate The Girl'."

Kate's currently working on her third album, the follow-up to 2010's My Best Friend Is You.

So what do you think - do you like Kate's new musical direction or has she taken a wrong turn?

Gossip's video for new single Move In The Right Direction

Get your hispter dancing shoes on, because this is guaranteed to get you up on your feet.

The Gossip's new single Move In The Right Direction is the second single to be taken from the band's third album, A Joyful Noise.

The three-piece's last single Perfect World was a lot darker than we're used to from the dance-punk band, so it's nice to have them back to their old uplifting selves.

Move In The Right Direction is due for release 1 July.

Brand new teaser for Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2

It may only be short and sweet but it's another reminder that we're getting closer to the release date for the latest film in the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2.

This 10-second clip gives us a little glimpse into the final installment of the Twilight films. Bella, played by Kristen Stewart is now a vampire and it's up to her and husband Edward - Robert Pattinson - to protect their daughter Renesmee from those naughty vampires of the Volturi.

Breaking Dawn Part 2 hits UK cinemas 16 November.

Alexandra Burke and Rebecca Ferguson join the bill for BT London Live

With just a few weeks to go before the London 2012 celebrations fully kick off, we're hearing more and more exciting news about just who will be taking part in all the very special gigs over the summer – and frankly, it's getting pretty jam-packed! Just a few weeks ago, we told you McFly had been confirmed to play a show for BT London Live on Saturday 4 August and now we've had more good news that Alexandra Burke and Rebecca Ferguson will also be joining the bill.

Alex will be hitting both Hyde Park and Victoria Park on Thursday 2 August to perform at shows presented by Absolute Radio. The gigs will be a part of the huge - and more importantly free – celebrations happening during that particular week of the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Rebecca Ferguson will also be belting out a few tunes on Tuesday 31 July (and if you've heard Rebecca sing live, you'll know this is not worth missing) while the rather talented Amy MacDonald will also be playing Hyde Park on Friday 3 August.

Excited? We are! And just when you thought things could get any better on the line-up front – there's talk that even One Direction might make a very special appearance at the official Closing Ceremony on 12 August. That's still a rumour though – so we'll have to keep all our fingers crossed for that one!

But having yelled at the top of our lungs along to the likes of Park Life and Song 2 during the mid-90s, we're loving the prospect of seeing Blur end the big event. Bring on the summer!
